For all Jasmine and Palm Suites, hotel occupancy is 7.25%, service charge is 10% and hotel levy is $20 per night added to the rates below. One night stays are surcharged an additional $15. For This Old House Vacation Rental, there is a service charge of 5% and a $20 per night levy added to the rate. Typically, there is a 3 night minimum for This Old House, please call if you would like us to make an exception.

Useful Tips Section
  1. This system shows you real time availability.  IF YOU GET NO AVAILABILITY,  it may mean that we are busy but have space with room changes. Try shorter periods even as small as 1 day at a time. 
  2. To book, enter your personal contact info including credit card info.  PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR REAL EMAIL IN ORDER FOR THE SYSTEM TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND/OR FOR YOU TO MAKE FURTHER CHANGES.
  3. THIS OLD HOUSE  Vacation Rental rates shown are for the mainhouse and studio lock off (4 bedrooms total in May 2008), if you would like to exclude the studio lock off then please email us for a reduced quote.

  5. Jasmine  & courtyard rooms max occupy is 2.  Jasmine 2 queens is 4 (2 adults, 2 children).  Palm Suites  is 3 (2 adults, 1 child) (extra person fee of $30 per child per night, and $50 per adult per night applies).
  6. For group bookings, you must book each room separately. The system will also say no space available if there are limited rooms available which require a room switch.
